Q. How long will my faux flowers last?
A. The artificial flowers and greenery that we sell should last for years, provided that they are not positioned in direct sunlight for prolonged periods which may cause colours to fade.
Q. How do I clean my artificial flowers?
A. Our artificial flowers can be cleaned of dust using a soft lint free cloth or soft bristled brush.
Q. How long will it take to get my delivery?
A. That depends on the type of delivery service you select at the checkout stage. We offer a standard delivery which is within 5 working days and an express service which is within 3 working days.
Q. How much will it cost to get my order delivered?
A. Our standard delivery charge is £5.00 and our express delivery charge is £8.00.
Q. Can I get free shipping?
A. Yes! If your order exceeds £100.00 then the standard delivery is free.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes! We will e-mail a confirmation to you when the shipment has left us. Included in this e-mail will be a tracking number and a link to our carrier website.
Q. Can I use the Pineapple Circus flowers and foliage outdoors?
A. Yes and No. Our products are designed for interior use only, away from direct sunlight (unless otherwise stated in the product description). However, they may be used temporarily outside in sheltered areas in dry conditions but will suffer from colour and appearance deterioration over time in poor weather conditions. If our products are used under these circumstances, we will not accept any claims.
Q. Are the Pineapple Circus products fire resistant?
A. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, unfortunately not. As such, we recommend keeping your flowers and foliage away from naked flames.
Q. Can the flower or foliage stems be cut?
A. Yes! All you will need is a pair of wire cutters or good quality floristry scissors.
Q. When will you get new product lines?
A. Our range will develop over time to include additional flowers, greenery and seasonal decorations. We can notify you of new arrivals if you sign up to our mailing service.
